The indicated prices are final prices for export outside the European Union, i.e. they are without german value-added tax.
We exclusively accept payments made through PayPal.
For overseas shipments, the shipping costs are primarily weight-dependent. Therefore we have included the costs in the product prices. The price of the product is therefore always the final price to be paid.
We ship our products via Deutsche Post Registered Mail or as parcel via DHL International. For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, we are obliged in any case to state the exact content and value.
Please be aware that importing these items into your country may involve additional taxes or tariffs. Payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer. For this purpose, invoice and customs declaration are affixed on the outside of the shipment. For further information please contact your local customs authority.
ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE?
The good news is that over 99% of items arrive safely. We will refund the purchase price or send a replacement if the delivery is not received by our customers within 28 days. Please inform us at email@example.com if this deadline is exceeded. We will then investigate to determine where your shipment is.
Here are some suggestions based on years of experience:
- check that it has not been left with neighbours or in some "safe" location near your front door
- check with other family members to see if they have a delivery card
- check with your local sorting office (bring identification and proof of address), occasionally items are returned there and no card is left
